The third entry to Sony’s revolutionary Playstation series, Playstation 3 has been tagged as the “ultimate” in video game technology with its high-tech processor, real time ability, and high definition picture that has made it one of the most remarkable video game consoles these days.

So what’s Playstation 3 made of that makes it so different and special?  Well, the specs for Playstation 3 may perhaps give the idea of what lies inside the ‘black box’ which places it among the most outstanding video game entertainments of the era.

Specs for Playstation 3 – CPU: Cell Processor
