Rest Days

On a rest day it is not always best to engage in sleeping all day, convincing yourself that it is fine after being over worked. Exercising should still be part of your day on a day that you are planning to rest as well. Your rest day is the only time where you can do activities to keep you fit and healthy. Especially if you’re working inside an office and you are only seated there for almost 8 hours. And you have been doing it for a couple of years, exercise is really a must. Getting rid of exercises would lead you to get older faster. You may also suffer different diseases related to unhealthy lifestyle. So rest days are given for a purpose. It is not only for the sake of sleeping and stretching around your bed or couch.
It must be the best day of your week. A day to pamper yourself, it is best to try paintballing. It is one form of exercise to keep you fit. And just like a doctor’s appointment, it is as important. Paintball will make your rest day. Aside from the excitement it brings and the fun socializing with different kinds of people, it is one form of exercise to enhance metabolism. It is a refreshing feeling to have time for play even in the middle of the week, whenever your rest day is. Doctors would most probably suggest paintball especially that you don’t get to excrete wastes through perspiration in the office, sitting all day. Go to the malls, walk and bond with your friends sometimes. There are a lot of activities for a rest day. Paintball is one game that is not conflicting with anybody’s interest. It becomes a favorite to everyone who tried.
Rest day is the best day of the week. Make time for enjoyment, aside from lying down all day in bed. It is a good idea to involve yourself in active sports because it makes you a healthier individual. It is always happy to look forward to your rest day because paintball being a part of it becomes more exciting looking forward to. Rest without recreation is boring. It becomes a routine to spend your time sitting down and watching tv all day long.
We are all taught that exercise is part of a healthy lifestyle. However, when we got older we became too lazy engaging in exercise. We always give many reasons why we don’t or can’t exercise. We tend to rationalize every time we are asked to. We may reason out that we get tired easily, that’s why we can’t go on with an exercise. A big reason why we are tired in the first place is because we don’t excercise. Our endurance is not that good anymore, because we are not using our muscles properly. Our hearts are working too hard, because there may be plaques of cholesterol accumulating in our blood vessels. Are these reasons are not enough for us to move during our rest days?
