Your Blood And What It Says About The Best Protein Supplement For You

Best Protein Supplement

Let’s get one matter clear:

The best protein supplement is not a whey protein supplement.

The truth is that for roughly 88 out of 100 white individuals, a whey protein supplement is toxic.

This means that if you are using a whey protein supplement there is an 88% probability that you are intoxicating yourself.

This article is my unique contribution to the protein supplement debate. I have not seen it addressed anywhere else, and I now recognise that this matter is critical. I am not hyping this, I just want you to give this article the proper attention it deserves.
The purpose of this article is to sort out the relation between the best protein supplement and your individual blood type
Article highlights:
·    how the best protein supplement for you depends on your blood group
·    what does your blood type say about your protein supplement
·    the blood type lectin connection
·    how lectins play a role in your selection of the best protein supplement
·    where did I come up with this
·    bringing the pieces together

Let me introduce lectins

Lectins are a class of proteins that have the misfortune of chemically reacting with certain blood types while being completely neutral to others. Lectins are found in different foods and as such these foods will react poorly with certain blood types
When you consume lectins that are incompatible with your blood type you create digestive, metabolic and immune distress. The basis for this damage is that lectins will induce your blood cells, as well as other cells, to bind to one another. I’m certain you can understand how having clumps of cells travelling through your physical structure can have many and far reaching consequences
So what does this have to do with choosing the best protein supplement?
A protein supplement contains the lectins from the food from which it was made

If you eat a whey protein supplement, you will be taking in whey lectins. If you consume a casein protein supplement you will be taking in casein lectins. If you eat a soy protein supplement, you will be consuming soy lectins. The aforesaid narration goes for a protein supplement from hemp, rice, eggs, etc

Thus, if you eat a protein supplement which was produced from food that reacts badly with your blood type you will experience effects like: immune system reaction in the form of food alergy, impaired protein digestion, inflammatory and autoimmune disease, damage to intestinal lining and many more
Where did you come up with that 88% number?
Breakdown of White population by blood type:
O Blood Type – 47%
Type A – 41%
Blood Type B – 9%
Type AB – 3% ( information source, directly from my high school anatomy class book)

Blood Type O and Blood Type A  encouraged to avoid both whey and especially casein as it comprises lectins that react poorly with their blood type — source, a very well referenced and popular nutritional science book which I will be identifying later for suspension reasons.

This information is verified scientific fact, with tens of thousands of people who have tested its truthfulness.

47% (type O) + 41% (Type A) = 88% of the white population – is warned against consuming either whey or casein – these two are the most commonly cited as: “best protein supplement” protein supplements on the planet.

Stop to think about this for a second!
How can a protein supplement that isn’t good for most of the white population (and actually detrimental) be considered the best protein supplement?

I’m not seeking to panic anyone so let me bring in some clarifications:
– for type O, casein is nastier than whey;  if you are a [healthy] type O, you can consume whey once in a while and be free of symptoms; you should not eat casein in the least even if you are healthy;
– for type the aforesaid rules likewise apply — with one exception, for blood type A there is a 20% probability that the lectins in whey will be neutral, but you have to test for this

{!! please don’t make the supposition that merely because you are a healthy type O (or A) you should eat whey, it is still unsuitable for you. Consuming a bag of chips won’t make you sick, but it nevertheless has destructive effects on your body. Why should you minify your results when there are alternatives that are actually advantageous} for you? For [example for the type O, beef has a constructive effect on health. Just cast out that whey and consume beef if your blood type is O. Type A should not adopt this strategy.~ Avoid the mistake of thinking that since you are a healthy type O you should continue using your whey protein supplement~Do not make the mistake of thinking that just because you are a healthy type O you should ignore this advice~Refrain from thinking that just because you are a healthy type O (or A) you can ignore this advice and just continue using your whey protein supplement~If you care about yourself (and I assume you do) avoid the thinking: “well I am a healthy type O and I’ve been ok with this protein supplement so I guess I am just gonna keep using it”. This is not a good ideea simply because you will be experiencing less than optimal results and doing yourself some gratuitous harm on this path. Think of it like this — a serving of french fries won’t kill you, but it will still be bad for you and cause systemic upset. So unless you really like the taste of whey (inside joke here) there is no reason to keep using it if you are a type O or A}

What you should realize here is that this is more significant than it is commonly understood. You look at people on forums posting and babbling about the best protein supplement without recognizing that:

1 the best protein supplement is based on something called the best protein

2 the best protein doesn’t exist because all people don’t respond well to all protein – let me to say this again: no protein is beneficial for everybody, so there is no such thing as the best protien, or the best protein supplement.

I have preached about this before but it must be understood:
The best protein supplement is the protein supplement that is best for YOU.
And what is healthy for you is bad for someone else, so the whole concept of the best protein supplement is absolute marketing hype.

PS: If you’re reckoning to yourself: how can this be true, how come nobody speaks about this? Then just remember that the FACT that preservatives, artificial flavoreres, taste enhancers and other neurotoxic agents are used in your food is quite common knowledge. Visit this site and get the highest quality information: THE Best Protein Supplement Guide. Everything you need to know is there. That’s a promise.
